Shah Shipping LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is hiring full-time and part-time delivery drivers in Rochester, New York. We value people who work safely, arrive reliably, organize their vans and get packages to the correct customers.
Routes serve Pittsford, Penfield and other Rochester-area communities. Specific routes vary by day.
Schedule
Regular shifts start at approximately 11 AM and are normally planned for about 10 hours. During seasonal peak periods, some shifts may start at approximately 8 AM, subject to availability.
Actual finish time may be earlier based on performance and ability. Start times, routes and available work can vary.
What you will do
- Load and organize packages, then complete local delivery routes in a company van.
- Follow delivery instructions and complete required delivery photos accurately.
- Drive safely, follow traffic laws and communicate with dispatch when help is needed.
- Care for your vehicle and provide professional service to customers.
What you need
- Be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Previous driving experience; delivery or courier experience is especially valuable.
- Maintain a safe driving record and obey applicable traffic laws.
- Be comfortable driving a delivery van and working outdoors in Rochester weather.
- Be able to lift, load and deliver packages up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to report to the Rochester station for scheduled shifts.
Pay, training and benefits
Starting pay is $23 per hour. Qualified, experienced delivery drivers can start at $24 per hour. Shah Shipping provides paid training and a company delivery van; no CDL is required.

Do I need a CDL?
No. A CDL is not required for this position. You must hold a valid driver’s license and meet the role’s driving requirements.

Yes. Shah Shipping provides a company delivery van for the route as well as paid training.

$23 per hour is the starting rate. Qualified applicants with relevant delivery driving experience can start at $24 per hour.
